Best Replacement,
Since my original AC adapter got stolen from my luggage. I had to purchase a replacement. This one is a perfect one. The additional adapter for changing power plug to european standard is added bonus.

|A/C adapter,
Works like the original one, great replacement.
The mini tripod is just an extra freebee, do not buy this because of it, it is a little frail.

|This adapter damaged my Canon Vixia HFS100,
I ordered this based on the description saying it was compatible with Canon Vixia HFS100 cameras. The first warning sign came when the adapter arrived in fine shape, but with no marking on the adapter indicating what company created it. No one wanted credit for the quality of this product apparently. (It did not say HQRP as pictured.) When we plugged it into our camcorder, it seemed to be charging at first, with the red light blinking as usual, however later the camcorder would not power on. We have since located the original adapter but now the camcorder will not charge or power on even with that adapter. So please exercise caution, this is NOT a good alternative to for the $80-120 dollar canon brand adapter for Vixia HFS100s. We are now going to have to pay $215 minimum to have Canon service our camera now. (I hate that I am promoting Canon’s practice of designing products not to play well with third party reasonably priced alternatives, however in this case I can’t recommend it.)
